Join award winning Executive Chef Rob Kennedy as he demonstrates how to make wonderfully honest classic British dishes. His famous ‘Chip Shop Plate’ will take you on a tasty trip down memory lane, while his slow braised Hampshire pork with crispy black pudding and creamy celeriac, demonstrates how to use great British ingredients to produce some magnificent, traditional national dishes.
Located at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Rob has cooked for our Queen, visiting Royal families, senior dignitaries and world leaders. He is a regular at many of the UK’s national food shows, as well as making numerous appearances on BBC2, Channel 4 and Sky TV.
